Privacy Policy

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Effective from September 20, 2026.

1. Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is CrossFit Committed s.r.o., IČO: 24151785, DIČ: CZ24151785, with its registered seat at Chudenická 1059/30, Hostivař, 102 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 183418(the “we” in this policy).

2. What data we collect and why

When you fill in the contact form on this site, we process your first name, last name, phone number and e-mail address for the purpose of:

• contacting you and arranging your consultation (legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• following up on your enquiry by phone, e-mail or SMS (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the consent box).

To arrange the session we send you an automated confirmation e-mail and, until we have spoken or your session is booked, a short series of reminder e-mails with a link to pick a time. Each one carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and they stop as soon as a time is on the calendar. For this we store your enquiry with SmartEmailing (SmartSelling a.s.), our e-mail provider; your data is stored on their servers within the EU.

When you request our free guide, we process your first name and e-mail address in order to send you the guide and, afterwards, occasional training and nutrition e-mails (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by ticking the consent box). Every such e-mail contains a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. This consent is kept for a maximum of 3 years. We use SmartEmailing (SmartSelling a.s.) as our e-mail provider; your data is stored on their servers within the EU.

Providing your data is voluntary; without it, however, we cannot contact you.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry data for a maximum of 12 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client (in which case data is kept for the duration of the contract and any statutory retention periods) or unless you withdraw your consent earlier.

4. Who has access to your data

Your data may be processed on our behalf by service providers we use to run this website and our client communication (website hosting, form and CRM software, e-mail provider). All processors are bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Your rights

• to access your personal data,
• to have inaccurate data rectified,
• to have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”),
• to restrict processing,
• to data portability,
• to object to processing,
• to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
• to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).

6. Cookies and analytics

This site does not set marketing cookies without your consent. Only after you click "Accept" in the cookie bar do we activate two advertising tools: the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and the Google tag for Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.). They tell us which ads brought a visitor and whether that visitor then sent the contact form or booked a session. When you send the form after accepting cookies, your e-mail and phone number are passed to Google in hashed form so the conversion can be matched to an ad click. If you click "Decline", none of these tools load. You can change your choice by deleting the cookies for this site in your browser.

Separately from those tools, we run our own measurement of this site so we can see which version of a page works better for visitors. It is first party: nothing is sent to any advertising network, nothing is shared with anyone else, and nothing follows you to other websites. It stores two things in your browser, and it does so on your first visit, independently of the cookie bar. The first is a cookie that remembers which version of a page you were shown, so you keep seeing the same one instead of a different layout on every visit. The second is a randomly generated number that lets us count one visitor once rather than counting every page view as a new person. That number is not derived from anything about you and we cannot tell who you are from it. What we record against it is which version you saw, whether you scrolled, what you clicked, whether the device was a phone or a computer, and where you arrived from. We do not record your name, your e-mail address, your telephone number or your IP address, and the results are only ever read as totals. The cookie expires by itself after 30 days; the number stays in your browser until you clear this site's data, which you can do at any time and which removes both immediately. The records themselves are deleted after 12 months.
