In honor of the Olympics Joey insisted upon an “Olympic version” of the back squat (bar high on the back, feet more narrow). The Committed crew subsequently responded in an Olympic manner.

The workout was a fine Monday week-starter equipped with running, bells, and [heavy] front squats.

Strength

  • 5-5-3-3-1-1-1 Olympic squat

Workout – 3 rounds for time

  • 7 front squats
  • 21 kb swings
  • 400 meter run

Member Accomplishments

  • Lukas shaved his face, he looks about a decade younger and has earned himself the new nickname “Baby Face”
  • Elena got the green arrow with a monster time
  • BoyBand continues his reign at the top with another arrow – who will unseat this young gun?!
