Functional Movement
No bicep curls or calf raises here. Your body is the sum of its parts, so why train one piece at a time? We're concerned with teaching you how to move your body as a whole. And to do that, there are nothing better than multi-joint, compound movements. Think, squats, deadlifts, presses, pull-ups, push-ups, running and jumping. These are the movements that form the foundation of CrossFit.

High Intensity
Do you want to watch MTV while you slowly jog 10km on the treadmill/elliptical? Not here. At CrossFit Committed you'll be working at an intensity that requires your full and undivided attention. There's no chatting during your workout, not because we don't want you to, but because you're simply not able to. Recently, study after study have all shown that the benefits of working out at a high intensity for a short period of time FAR OUTWEIGH the benefits of going long and slow. And we aim to capitalize on those benefits.
