If I were to try and pinpoint a theme for today’s workout it would be “my shoulders are sore” or “damn, that’s a lot of shoulder exercises” or “do we really have to run a mile.” Captains M’Lady and The Tom running a very tight ship, some would compare it to a dictatorial monarchy (insert British joke here). Also, a little bird told me that the original workout, as written by Joey, may have been slightly modified by people who shall remain nameless…we’ll just call them L. Gilbert and T. Hammer.

Workout – 15 minute AMRAP
- 15 sit ups
- 12 push press
- 10 pull ups
Member Accomplishments
- Roland, Jitka, Adam C. and Sandra all set brand new PRs on the strict press
- Roland did his first Rx workout with pullups
- Vasek did 15 unbroken double unders – besting his goal of 10
