2 Min Challenge – Pull ups
WOD: For Time
KippyDu certainly lived up to his namesake today and crushed the 2min of max pull ups with a score of 70!
And for those of you wondering what happened to the usual dose of Wendler strength today; there’s something new in the works for our strength program as we’ve just completed our 4th month of the Wendler program and it’s about time to switch things up a bit. But before we do that it’s important that we get our new maxes and reset our numbers, so…..tomorrow will be the CrossFit Total! Three lifts: squat/deadlift/press and and three attempts at each lift to find your maximum.
Not to toot my own horn but in the 4 months of being on the Wendler program my squat went up 15kg, my deadlift went up 20kg and my press went up 10kg. I know there a lot of you with similar/better improvements and and I look forward to seeing some big numbers tomorrow!

- Ondra and Elena both had stellar times on today’s workout and got the green arrow.
- Tomas R. and Elena conquered their fears and kicked up into a handstand for the first time!
- The Hammer FINALLY got unbroken double unders!! There’s nothing holding her back now!
