Today is an homage to Tomas (aka “The Tom”). Thanks to Joey’s handy work he now has his own pullup bar (as pictured above). I wish Joey would make me my own pullup bar…preferably one that doesn’t actually require pulling up. But that’s neither here nor there.
Monday, as is typically the case, was dedicated to some legs and butts for strength work – with some spices mixed in for the workout.
Workout – 15 min AMRAP

- 12 goblet squats
- 30 double unders
