I know I had you all in stitches the first time I mentioned why they call this particular exercise a “pistol”…so I won’t repeat it to avoid any side-splitting issues. If you didn’t hear it the first time, trust me when I say it’s hilarious. In addition there was a heapin’ servin’ of shoulder action today.

Strength

Wendler Press

Workout – 15 min AMRAP

  • 30 pistols
  • 10 push press (45 kg men / 30 kg women)
  • 20 pistols
  • 20 push press
  • 10 pistols
  • 30 push press
  • Use the remaining time on your 15 minutes to do a burpee AMRAP (that is your score)
