A little muscle-up madness on a Tuesday afternoon (early evening). As Paleo Marie pointed, perhaps a subtle hint on Joey’s part.
Workout for time
- Thrusters (35 kg men / 20 kg women)
- Interspersed with either 5 muscle-ups OR a combination of 20 pullups and 20 dips (a 4 for 1 ratio for those math geeks among you)
- First of all, a well deserved shout out for our newest members: Micky, Diana, Jack, Grant and Mor. Welcome to the Committed Crew
- Filip N. not only did his first muscle-up, he proceeded to do the workout as prescribed for an awesome time
- Laura “M’Lady” Gilbert accomplished her goal with a pair of pull-ups using only the purple band (read: tiny band) for assistance
- Elena and Joey brought home the green arrows
