Today was Children’s Day, as well as Laura’s Name Day, but there were no sign of children in the gym today (aside from Amber Fish’s ADORABLE daughter) – people were puttin’ in work for the kids!! Also, today was yet another installment of Pavla’s Lifting Heavy Stuff Clinic.

• As was mentioned before it was Laura’s name day, to celebrate she had superb form on her squat cleans and an excellent time
• “No longer hobbly” Honza Hladik did his first pair of Rx HSPUs
• Fish, daughter in tow, took the green arrow  Marie got the green arrow (sorry for the mistake)
• Bretton Buehler aka “the quasi-young gun” aka “the New Kid on the Block” aka “the Kansas Kid” took the green for the men with a stellar time
