Another great session today with The Hammer. ”Two snatch days in a row?” Yep. We’ve got a competition to get ready for!
Plans are being finalized and we’re waiting for the decision on whether it will be held on the 21st or the 28th of July.
Everyone’s technique is really starting to come along. It’s definitely a huge plus having Pavla around! If you’re not taking advantage of this valuable resource, then shame on you!
Make sure you’re getting to the gym on Fridays.
In case it wasn’t clear in the last post, there is no class in the gym tomorrow! We’re meeting in Letna at 1pm. See you there!
