In honor of Pavel’s name day Joey decided to confuse us all. Because the dynamic weightlifting duo of Pavla and Kamila are away on official business (incidentally, good luck in Germany you two!) we were back to the old routine.

*At the end of the workout add up the total amount of snatch weight (weight per rep x 7) for your score
Joey had some ridiculous scoring system so we don’t really know who won…BUT…you’re all winners in my book!
