Christmas workout/party 16/12/11
This week was tough! Great work, everyone. The Pearl Harbor workout on Wednesday was brutal! Hardest workout I’ve done in months. The next day was Chelsea and she got the better of everyone who tried. And Friday’s, Wallball, sit up, box jump triplet was a doozy as well! Enjoy the weekend, rest up, eat well and get ready for a new week.
Next Friday, the 16th, will be CrossFit Committed’s Christmas workout! We’ll be doing the “12 Days of Christmas”. It will be lots of fun and really easy, don’t worry;)
After that we’ll all go to http://ambi.cz/ambiente-lokal-kontakt_eng.php for dinner and beers. It’s just across the street from the gym.
Join us, get to know everyone who you sweat and suffer with a little better and let’s enjoy the season!

And the best for last.
Angela got her first pull up this week!! I managed to get a picture after she tried about 100 of them. It looks like her feet are on the box but they’re not. Promise:)
And Honza H. managed to perfect his pull up technique and will no longer need a band for pull ups!
